It unfortunately never ran, because it needed some custom clutch work and additional Allison parts about the time it was nearly complete, and got shelved. Apparently Allisons are very expensive for parts these days, so it probably never will.

I love all of the multi-engine drag cars from that era. I can understand why the Buick engines in TV Tommy Ivo’s car were a little easier to deal with than the Allisons.
